THURSDAY March 26th 2020

Business as usual. 3 Pallets (300 sheets+) of our 2.5mm PREMIUM grade hygienic wall cladding supplied to 3 different hospitals in the Kent area (William Harvey hospital, Kent & Canterbury Hospital and the Medway Maritime Hospital) to help with the fight of the pandemic.

 

WEDS March 25th 2020

We are still taking orders via our website’s online store and the couriers are still collecting and operating as normal. We still can offer a NEXT DAY or 2-3 day service but have suspended the ECONOMY 7 working day option.

Our business is essential to help maintain and continue to supply our heath care sector or area’s where a high degree degree of hygiene is required. Due to the high amount of calls and orders we suggest ALL enquiries are emailed to sa***@cl************.uk . This includes all delivery queries, quote requests or general questions.

Website orders made via our online shop will be processed as quickly as possible. Once received we will forward your vat invoice and confirmation.

Dear Valued Customer,

It’s ‘business as usual’ for us here at Cladding Monkey during these exceptionally challenging times. The health and well being of our staff is our top priority and we have numerous measures in place, which include:

  • Providing resources necessary to promote a safe and healthy working environment
  • Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Enforcing a strict no-contact policy with delivery/collection drivers
  • All non-essential meetings to be cancelled until further notice
  • Restriction of visitors to our site
  • All recruitment on hold until further notice
  • Continually reviewing our supplier situation to ensure we maintain a stock level which will keep any potential disruption to a minimum

We have not seen any disruption in supplies and have been actively putting in place measures aimed at reducing the impact of COVID-19 whilst complying with Government and the World Health Organisation’s advice.

Please keep sending orders through, we are paying close attention to developments and revising our plans as we get new information and advice from the Government and World Health Organisation, to protect employees, friends, families and everyone involved.
